As a small, high-end boutique, we have flexibility that other professional development Corporations cannot offer you and we have the capabilities to create a top-notch training program that is tailored to your specific L&D goals.

Given the high-degree of customization, we only take in 5 new clients per year. We are currently accepting clients for 2022-2023 cycle.

OUR SERVICES

Our Senior Facilitators focus on Leadership and Communication Coaching for Top Management and Middle Management, while our Junior Facilitators offer Life and Skills Coaching to Entry-level employees.

All Coaching programs include bi-weekly sessions and are developed in the span of three months, six months or one year depending on the seniority of the employee.

Our flagship program is a best-in-class, customized 12-month 1:1 Leadership coaching program run by 4 Senior Facilitators from across the Globe. The program has been specifically designed for Executives who want to boost their effectiveness through EI and Neuroscience.
